Scottish Communications Group (SCG) are delighted to announce  three major new International clients and projects, won against strong competition, over the last month. We look forward to working on these exciting new projects.

Pinterest, one of the top Tech brands in the world, have awarded us the contract to maintain and support all the Access Control systems throughout their European and Middle Eastern offices, as well as providing valuable out of hours remote support for their USA operations.  We have recently strengthened our in house IT resource to cope with this extra workload.

American giant, Motorola, who have recently acquired Scottish companies, Indigovision and Edesix, as well as Canadian company Avigilon, have centralised these operations in new offices and warehouse facilities in Edinburgh.   As these companies have been valued supply partners of SCG for many years, Motorola chose us to install CCTV and Access Control systems, throughout their new facilities.

Acciona,  the global energy solutions giant, based in Spain, whom we have dealt with before,  recently chose SCG to supply and install CCTV and Access Systems to the massive Ness Energy project in the North East of Scotland.     This exciting new project creates energy from 150,000 tonnes of waste a year and provides a long term, sustainable solution for non-recyclable waste produced in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray.   A Landfill ban, comes into force in Scotland in 2025, forcing Local Authorities to look at greener sustainable options, such as this one proposed by Acciona. “
